Reviews of Hyatt Regency Saint Louis At The Arch

Great location in downtown with a stunning view of the iconic landmark. The room was clean with excellent facilities and adequate parking nearby. Staff was courteous and helpful.
No negatives

James
The hotel was conveniently located near a popular tourist spot, making it a good place to relax after work. The room was spacious and had a great view. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained, providing a pleasant break from the day.
The breakfast options were not very varied, lacking sufficient vegetarian options.
-
Eric
The complimentary chocolates and champagne were a nice touch upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic getaway, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.
The outdated furnishings and decor in the room were disappointing. The noise level from neighboring rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated constantly. while the complementary amenities and location were nice, the outdated room and lack of sleep made our stay less enjoyable.

Nice complementary wine tasting and coffee in the morning. Close to major downtown attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.
The valet service was terrible, with slow and disorganized staff, leading to long delays. Breakfast was extremely overpriced with bland and tasteless food. Parking was expensive and not included in the room rate.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel! Loved the complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee in the room that made mornings more enjoyable. The hotel's location was unbeatable with great attractions and sites within walking distance. The view from the room was breathtaking and added to the experience for the occasion.
However, I was disappointed to find some uncleaned items in the bathroom, such as half-used bottles in the shower. Additionally, the sheets had some unidentifiable marks that I had to request to be changed. However, the staff was accommodating and dealt with the situation quickly. had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Compact room with a fabulous view and supplies, for instance. Ideal location just off the Arch, those, and City Garden. Also, to the baseball stadium.
No breakfast.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and first-rate with genuinely helpful staff and favourable location by the close proximity to the Arch.
We didn't have breakfast.

Mike
The staff team was exceptional, the rooms were updated and compact and equipped with a truly fantastic view, beer plus modern furniture. The location was marvellous and best possible, for example, Christ Church Cathedral was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.
Its breakfast definitely could be included.
